Estamos a viver tempos dificies e novos, onde da noite para o dia as nossas vidas e actividades mudaram. É tempo de cada um de nos pensar em desenvolver alguma actividade e comquistar boas oportunidades de negócio. Encontre a seguir algumas dicas de  como desenvolver um MINDSET EMPREENDEDORA e conquistar boas oportunidades com o seu negócio?

1. Saiba sempre onde quer chegar

Um dos grandes erros de quem deseja empreender e nao tem um objectivo defenido.

Qual e o seu principal objectivo? Se você almeja ser referência na área de venda de vestuário, por exemplo, pode começar com estudos de materiais ideais, onde encontrar o melhor canal para as vendas, dar início ao contactos com o público e, aprimorar seus produtos. Isso vai ajudar lhe a ter em mente em que lugar você quer chegar e, então, traçar pequenas metas que vão aproximar você da conquista os seus  objetivos.

2. Seja persistente

Tenha em mente que existe uma solução viável para o seu problema: basta encontrá-la! No mundo dos negócios, o profissional depende de diversas variáveis externas. Em alguns momentos ocorrem imprevistos que podem ser motivos de desânimo, mas o que difere e destaca os grandes empreendedores é sua persistência.

3. Não tenha medo de correr riscos

Saber como abrir uma empresa já é o primeiro passo dado, mas também um grande risco. A partir daí, busque maneiras de se destacar diante da concorrência e oferecer algo que carregue sua PERFORMANCE como diferencial. Não há problemas em assumir riscos e aprender com essa empreitada! Mesmo que os erros sejam excelentes oportunidades para o crescimento sustentável e saudável.

4. Faça além do esperado

Ficar somente no básico até pode render algum crescimento para os negócios mas, para abraçar o crescimento é necessário ter algo que, de facto, engaje os clientes e permita uma expansão no mercado. Nesse caso, vá mais fundo entregue ao seu público-alvo (NICHO DE MERCADO) uma solução que preencha os principais vazios que esses consumidores notam em outros produtos e serviços já consolidados.

5. Busque o conhecimento incessantemente

Como vimos, o mindset empreendedor requer coragem e dedicação por parte do empreendedor — essas são as verdadeiras chaves para o sucesso. As tendências mudam, da mesma forma que os desafios da sua área. Então, nada melhor do que estudar bastante para se antecipar a essas questões e, no momento em que elas chegarem ao seu empreendimento, tomar decisões acertadas em prol do crescimento.

Por fim, saiba que toda jornada — no mundo dos negócios ou não — requer uma boa dose de conhecimento.


A Josefa Amélia Massinga é a fundadora da Florista Flor Khyathu e Servicos, em Moçambique. A sua empresa, que abriu em 2015, foi inspirada pela memória da sua sobrinha, a Khyathu Massinga, que perdera a vida dois anos antes. Esta loja foi o primeiro empreendimento da Josefa Massinga, e levou a sua paixão pelas flores para a área suburbana. A Josefa abriu a primeira loja de flores da zona e, desde então, criou um grupo de clientes fiéis que promoveram o reconhecimento da marca. Entretanto abriu outra filial chamada Khyathu Assessoria onde, além de flores, os clientes também têm acesso a um conjunto de outros serviços, como decorações florais para veículos, igrejas e eventos para comemorações especiais.
