Woman, arise!

February 28, 2021 Melanie Hawken
Fidelia Obonetse Masomosomo

Fidelia Obonetse Masomosomo

By Nandi Odri Usher

An unapologetic and unstoppable force, a yet to be discovered by the world gem, a game changer, Miss Fidelia Obonetse Masomosomo is a 30 year old beautiful young lady from the village of Mochudi here in Botswana. A young lady on a journey of recovery, re-discovery and re-building her life, her dreams and her purpose. In a world full of players, Miss Fidelia has shown to be a game changer; playing by her rules, running her own race.

Having a degree in Finance & Accounting, which has landed her a position as the treasurer of Botswana's big football team, Mochudi Centre Chiefs, and being a certified coach isn’t all that this game changer is. Fidel (as her family and friends call her) is the founder and ceo of Game Changers Charity Organisation, a non-profit organisation changing the lives of young people for the best by moulding them in a holistic manner. She is also the founder of Woman Arise, a programme for women to help them unravel their destinies unapologetically and master how to embrace their uniqueness with the intention of them becoming their best selves. As if that’s not enough, Fidelia is also an appointed pastor at her church, and she does not shy away from her beliefs and the fact that she is a woman of God. This young woman is all about helping people get unstuck, all about helping individuals endure through the process of becoming, helping them maintain their position of self-awareness once they have unleashed their great potential through her mentorship and coaching. She is always ready to arise and serve!

Have you heard the phrase, "you are not delayed, not denied, for what God has for you has been reserved for you, It has your name on it”? Well that defines Fidelia Masomosomo. She is not your typical girl who runs after fame or the spotlight. She does not let her environment or social media provoke her insecurities, she does not boast nor show off her achievements to brag, but rather she is the type to influence change, to inspire, to encourage and empower; a true lioness indeed. She is a heavy weight lioness that does not get knocked down easily.

Celebrating a lioness who arises and allows other women to arise with them.
